“Transfer” means a private transportation service booked through our Service.
“Booking” means your request for a Transfer submitted via the Service and confirmed by Letas Transfer.
2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a Booking. If you make a Booking on behalf of others, you ensure you are authorized to do so and that all provided information is accurate.
4. Booking, Confirmation & Payment
Bookings are made through our online booking system or via email/phone as available on the website.
A Booking becomes valid and confirmed only after receipt of payment according to the payment instructions provided by Letas Transfer. (letstransfer.gr)
Payments must be made as specified (e.g., pre-payment via bank deposit or other approved methods). Failure to pay timely may result in cancellation. (letstransfer.gr)
Upon confirmation and payment, you will receive a Booking confirmation containing service details.
5. User Obligations
You agree to:
Provide accurate personal and travel information.
Specify the correct number of passengers and luggage to ensure proper vehicle assignment. (letstransfer.gr)
Comply with all applicable local laws and safety regulations during the Transfer.
Not resell or transfer your Booking to a third party without our prior written consent.
6. Luggage & Passenger Details
You must state the correct number of passengers and quantity/size of luggage at the time of Booking to avoid capacity issues. Failure to do so may result in service denial or additional charges. (letstransfer.gr)
7. Cancellation, Changes & No-Shows
You may cancel or change your Booking under the cancellation policy published at the time of booking. Cancellation terms may include deadlines for refunds or fees.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of all or part of the booking payment.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Personal data provided through the Service will not be shared with third parties except as required for providing the Transfer service or as required by law. (letstransfer.gr)
9. Liability
Letas Transfer will make reasonable efforts to provide the confirmed service as scheduled.
However, we are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, or force majeure.
Your use of the Service and acceptance of the Transfer are at your own risk.

All content on the website, including images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Letas Transfer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Any legal actions shall be brought before the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
